Meet the ImpulsePOP team – Q&A with Mark McKeown, Michele Jones, and Stephen Charge.

What has been your highest point at ImpulsePOP?
Achieving impossible deadlines. One example was doing work for Nike – [we] worked 24 hours straight to hit a store fitting deadline (as part of a pretty impossibly large order in year 1 of the business)
What’s the single most important reason customers should come to you instead of your competitors?
We care about every order, and are committed to producing excellence
If you could show customers the most exciting part of your creation process, what would it be?
The Idea/Sketch concept to seeing the unit in reality, whether a lasered out profile, or fabricated/finished Display.
What’s your thought process when starting a new job?
Providing what the client wants at the price they want to pay.

What has been your highest point at ImpulsePOP?
Winning new business in the confectionery and DIY retail sectors- where we have had really good results in recent years.
What’s the single most important reason customers should come to you instead of your competitors?
The Single reason for me would be because we are a high quality, service focussed UK based design and manufacturing company
If you could show customers the most exciting part of your creation process, what would it be?
Watching a creative design concept develop into a well engineered and fully functioning in-store display
What’s your thought process when starting a new job?
Learn quickly how to ‘talk the talk’ and ‘walk the walk’ of what the customer and their product displays want and need – I love doing the market research with clients.

What has been your highest point at ImpulsePOP?
I would say It’s a continuous high to see our displays in store when out and about.
What’s the single most important reason customers should come to you instead of your competitors?
The personal service, our response time can be extremely fast compared to much larger companies and customers can deal with the same people throughout the project which in turn grows a continued rapport.
If you could show customers the most exciting part of your creation process, what would it be?
Discussing ideas with doodles over coffee!
What’s your thought process when starting a new job?
Firstly, understanding the product and the market it is intended for; secondly, taking a budget and time frame into account, then finding out what exists already in stores and showing how we can set the customer apart from their competition.
We’ve said this before and it’s always worth repeating. We like nothing more than working with you to deliver excellence in retail. And part of that is knowing who you’ll be working with.
