Impulse are pleased to announce the arrival of a new Laser Machine. The LVD Orion Plus has a 3000 x 1500mm bed, with automatic 3 tonne sheet loader.
This is the first installation of the loader combination in the country, and harnesses new laser technology, improving cut quality and effiency.
The recent investment has meant that we have outgrown our current factory space, and are moving into a 10,000 sq ft unit nearby in Sandy, Bedfordshire.
MD Mark McKeown adds "we are very excited about the new machine and the move. This puts us in a great position to enhance our quality of service. By bringing additional processes in house, we strengthen our market position, and this gives us the confidence and ability to satisfy larger orders. The new factory is laid out with not only manufacturing in mind, but also final assembly, which provides an extra service not always offered by others."
Impulse are expanding into different sectors, offering Sub-Contract Laser Profiling, and the launch of a new website hopes to support this service.

Impulse are pleased to announce a new customer on board. We are going to be producing 1000 x Spinner units for the German Market, satisfying an on-going fixture contract with the Home Entertainment Giant.
